During this time of year, as the ice thaws and the days grow longer, we look forward to the beginning of Spring! Of course, each culture has their own traditions, but amongst our citizens (the passage into spring) is marked by the Cherry Blossom Festival!
It is said that each Cherry Blossom Festival someone will win favor, and their hopes for the Spring and Summer will come true.
This year, that could easily be you!
How can I participate in the Spring Event?
The Cherry Blossom Festival makes its return in the Spring Event. Your citizens all flock to the parks, to witness the joy of Cherry Blossoms blooming!
Collect Spring Lanterns by completing quests in the Spring questline. After the main questline is solved, additional daily quests will be available. You will also receive some lanterns for logging in every day. You will find Cherry Trees spawn in your city's surroundings from time to time. Click on these trees to gather more Lanterns:
Cherry Trees in the 2021 Spring Event work the same as Incidents within your city. What this means is that there is a chance every day of between 10-15 Incidents spawning in your city, and some of these may spawn as Cherry Trees. However, this isn't guaranteed, and Cherry Trees shouldn't be relied on, but simply a little extra bonus for when you do find them!
Use the Spring Lanterns to guide the Frog across the pond by selecting one of three lily pads to jump to. There will be an origami animal sitting on top of each lily pad. Each animal that you collect will offer you a different selection of rewards. Each of the individual animals provides the chance to win the Daily Special, which will refresh every 24 hours with something new. With each jump, you move closer to the coveted Grand Prize:
League Ranking
New Features - Progress Bar and League
This year we have improved the progress bar to show how many grand prize (GP) points you have collected with each jump.
In addition to changes to the progress bar, distance via each jump (rather than the amount of ponds) will be used to determine results within the 'League Table.' As you continue to jump great distances with the Origami Frog, you will soon move up the league rankings. The higher you rank, the more likely you will be able to receive a special additional rewards within the event!
Do you decide to go for further distance and get closer to the grand prize, or choose one based on an individual reward? The choice is very much in your hands.
But be aware, other players may want to also get into the higher ranks, but only a certain amount of players can stay there. Be sure to help your Frog progress in order to not fall in the ranks.
League Rewards
Every rank in the League offers you different rewards in the Spring Event. The rewards will only be given, at the end of the event.

Spring Event Questline
There are 62 quests in total to aid your progress. 41 rush quests, and then a further 21 Daily quests! Each completed quest contributes to the counter at the bottom of the quest window, and you will unlock new prizes at 6, 22, 41, 50 & 62 quests!
Spring Event Rewards
Suishun Mill
Le Grand Prix - Cette année nous sommes fiers de vous présenter le moulin de Suishun. C'est un bâtiment 4x5 à 9 niveaux.
Au niveau 1, il vous donne de la satisfaction, de la population, et un bonus de pièces. Chaque niveau d'amélioration apporte des bonus supplémentaires, qui sont actifs quand le moulin est motivé. Au niveau 2 vous aurez des marchandises et des médailles, au niveau 3 des ressources aléatoires de l'âge du bâtiment. Au niveau 4, vous gagnerez des points Forge, et au niveau 5 un bonus de marchandises.
Ensuite à chaque amélioration la valeur des bonus et la quantité de ressources et points Forge augmente. A niveau 9, le mouulin de Suishun vous apportera non seulement beaucoup de ressources mais aussi un look magnifique, avec des poissons dans l'eau et des fleurs de printemps !
